I’m Larry Undsderfer, owner of K-3 CONSTRUCTION, INC which was named for

my three daughters whose names all start with K.

I’ve been in the building business since my teens and am a third generation

contractor. I’ve been building on the Peninsula for over ten years. I’ve worked

hard over the years to make certain the name K-3 Construction stands for

quality and honesty and integrity.

I know which sub contractors are reliable and whose workmanship I can trust

to come up to my own exacting standards. I care about your investment in

your home and am proud to stand behind my work.

My goal is to help each of my customers build their dream home, while giving

them the highest quality at a price they can afford. The less hassle to my

customers, the better. If my customers are happy, I’m happy. Because I strive

to keep my customers happy, the majority of my new customers are referrals

from other satisfied customers.

I’ve built homes in the million dollar range right down to the hundred thousand

range. Size and investment are up to you.

K-3 Construction bids are complete; no hidden costs will be tacked on as the

building goes along. When I quote a price, that is the price the home will cost

to build. I base my quote on the wants and desires and budget of each

individual customer.

Before beginning your home, I provide detailed specification sheets that list

each item you want included in your home, for every step along the way,

starting with the plans and ending with clean up. I go over these specification

sheets personally with my customers, making sure these are the items they

wanted for their dream home. Items can be selected in accordance with the

customers likes and their budget.

I provide my customers with a list of all the sub-contractors who have worked

on their home and a full one year warranty from K-3 Construction. I also

provide a list of sub-contractors and former customers with whom you may

speak.
